The Herron's & Mat visit!

We have had a lot of wonderful visitors this summer-which we love!! Kristi, Adam & Auggie visited for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! We had a picnic in the mountains while the guys fished. Auggie loved playing in the stream!

Mat Swjakos, our wedding photographer from New York, was in the area and stayed with us one night. It was great to see him again. The guys had a great time fly fishing!

Rafting the St. Vrain River

It has been pretty hot here lately so Joe and I decided to raft down the icy St. Vrain River to cool off. It was a lot of fun and refreshing but by the end I was pretty freezing and ready to get out of the water. My little walmart kiddie tube popped about 10 min into the ride so poor Joe had to share his tube with me--that was a funny sight, I wish we would've gotten a picture. We had some spectators laughing at us on the way down. I guess I shouldn't have been cheap and should've gotten the nicer tube!

Kansas 4th of July

We had a great weekend in Kansas for the 4th!

I got to go to the best theater ever to see Eclipse with my girlfriends--so fun!

Josh and Alexis are engaged!

we are so happy for them!! we can't wait to find out what they plan for their wedding!

NYC!

I got to go to NYC with my mom for the Fancy Food Show--it was a great time!

We got a great deal from restaurant.com for a practically free gift certificate to a cool tapas place called L'ybane-so good and cheap! :)

Poor mommy has the worst luck! a bug in her ear on at my wedding and now slimed by a garbage truck near times square! if you haven't heard the story, call her. she'll love to tell you!

We went to my friend Rich's puppet show in Brooklyn--it was really cool!

We went to a bbq at our wedding photographers house-it was great to see them!
