Joe and I got to have 2 Christmases this year! We were in Madison for Christmas day and we had an early Christmas celebration with my family here.

Joe has really gotten into duck hunting with my dad, here they are "waxing" the ducks to remove the feathers
A few weeks later Joe roasted one of his ducks with an Asian Ginger Glaze-yum!
